I agree with what you said about your general manager "Z" Zolnierowski, although I would have never employ the poor language you used.
I am letting Angie's list know about he has behaved and your answer to it.
Sincerely,
Tereza wow!

When you left my house this morning I had already decided would not be considered as one of the companies to fix our master bathroom, which you pointed out as one of the "most upscale you had seen in the last four years."
Even before meeting with you I found you to be a pusher trying to impose on the best time for you and not the customer, as far the meeting, then trying to meet 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled time, and ringing the door bell 15 minutes before the agreed time.
After meeting with you, I found out through your questions that you were more interested in overdoing the job in the master bathroom, i.e., redoing the marble shower walls and suggesting changing them because the new marble would not match, when the problem is the floor due to a leak on the shower, that requires at the most taking down two feet up the walls from the floor. I was firm in telling you I would not in any way redo all the walls but only the necessary for the work.
The same exaggerated approach was taken when we discussed the painting of the living room ceiling, below the bathroom leak. Your insistence in painting around 1500 sft of ceiling because my house is a continuous open area, when a painter can feather down the 300 sft area to be painted did not go well with you. And neither did it go with me.
, the way you represented it, is not the kind of company that provides excellent, just and honest work we are used to dealing with and always end up hiring.
Keep up this approach with your potential clients, in which much more is unnecessarily added on, and you will require the good luck you wished us for to get contracts.
We don't believe in good luck. For us, we use common sense, a sharp radar and skillful interview to get to a knowledgeable company, before hiring it. Also, the word of mouth is powerful, when we let let others know about our experience through Angie's list.
Sincerely,
Tereza

After reviewing your project and the conditions of how you want your shower fixed, I will have to pass on submitting an estimate due to the fact I do not think I could manage your expectations.
Thank you for the opportunity and Good Luck with your repairs.
