One day Paint Las Vegas

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!Dropped the car off on Saturday morning, and wife and my daughter (it's her first car) picked up the car at the end of the afternoon. There was a light drizzle and my wife and daughter asked the technician TWICE if it was OK to drive the car out in it, and the technician said yes. When they got home, there were "bubbles" all through the paint job. I called the phone number on the website (which goes to the owner Aari's cell phone), and he said it was OUR ...fault, they usually keep it overnight but my daughter wanted the car back that day (we would have kept it there if they suggested it), and that his technicians would NEVER tell us it was OK to drive the car in the drizzle. He then called the technician on a conference call, and the technician blatantly lied (presumably to save his job) saying he never said it was OK, and that it wasn't drizzling when the car was picked up (which it was). My wife took it back today for them to fix it, but he said since it was OUR negligence, he won't fix it for free, and he will explain it to the judge if we take him to court.
