PROPERTY PROVIDERS

INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS

The Off-Campus Rental Listing Service is free to currently enrolled UC Santa Barbara students. Students may:

  • View listings
  • Submit roommates needed
  • Submit roommate available
  • Submit subleases
  • Search the listings
ALL UCSB Faculty and Staff need to enroll to view rental listings. Departments may purchase a membership for $100 for the fiscal year July-June for unlimited use within their department. Individuals can purchase a membership for 3 months for $25 if their department has not purchased a membership. Please consult with your department to see if they have purchased a package before proceeding. Please read carefully the directions about payment on the next screen. If you are already enrolled and have a user number and password.

Property Providers (including owners and managers) need to enroll before posting listings. A user number and password will be e-mailed to you the next business day. Any applicable fees (SEE BELOW) must be received before a listing will be posted. If you are already enrolled and have a user number and password.

Faculty/Staff exclusive listings:

  • Vacant unit listings are $18 each
  • Rooms in private non-student homes are $10 each

Student/Faculty/Staff listings:

  • Vacant unit listings are $28 each
  • Rooms in private non-student homes are $15 each

Package Rates:

  • $700 for unlimited listings, from July 1 through June 30
  • $400 for up to 6 listings at any one time
  • $200 for up to 3 listings at any one time

When you fill out the registration page, we require listors to provide their physical street address. "This address must be the usual street address at which personal service may be affected of each person who is the owner or is authorized to manage the premises, as required by law. This information needs to be made available to your tenants (Civil Code § 1962)." The Community Housing Office may provide this information to tenants upon request.
