Jeffrey L. Hirsch is an associate with The Gitlin Law Firm in Woodstock, Illinois. Mr. Hirsch has an extensive family law practice, including litigation, mediation, collaborative law, and child advocacy. Mr. Hirsch is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has received the Martindale-Hubbell® AV Preeminent™ Rating. Mr. Hirsch is a highly-respected lawyer in McHenry County, having previously served as President of the McHenry County Bar Association (2005-2006). He currently serves on the Family Mediation Advisory Council and the Family Division Case Management Committee for the Circuit Court of the 22nd Judicial Circuit, McHenry County, Illinois. In addition to mediation, Mr. Hirsch has frequently been appointed by the Court as a Guardian ad Litem or Child Representative to advocate for the best interests of the children in contested custody and visitation cases. Mr. Hirsch is a member of the Academy of Professional Family Mediators, Mediation Council of Illinois, Illinois State Bar Association, and a Fellow of the Collaborative Law Institute of Illinois and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
