Employment Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Age 18 Years or Older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
- Ability to pass a DSHS Background Check
- Ability to pass a random drug test
- First Aid/CPR
- Blood borne Pathogens (Including HIV/AIDS)
- Nursing Assistant Registration (NAR)
- Nurse Delegation Certification
Wages and Benefits
Beginning wages are based upon rates set by our DDD contractors, with additional consideration given to education and experience. Wage increases are determined by Vendor Rate Increases provided by our DDD contractors. Merit Bonuses are provided to staff on their anniversary date in accordance with their Annual Employee Evaluation.
