FirstService Residential is Nevada's largest and most experienced full-service community association management firm. We have provided our management services to residents of our communities for over 25 years. FirstService Residential offers a comprehensive range of services including community association and property management for communities of all types and sizes within the state of Nevada. Our team prides itself on providing superior service and execution, innovative management tools and incomparable support to our clients.

History

Established in 2013.

Our company derives much of its strength from the combination of two Nevada community management leaders, RMI Management and Excellence Community Management, which united in 2013. Each founded more than 20 years ago, both companies grew to respected association management market leaders in the Las Vegas and Reno metropolitan areas. As they grew, each set the standard for high level association management practices and service throughout the state, expanding their offerings to include physical, administrative, accounting and financial services, real estate leasing and brokerage services, developer consulting and more.

In 2004 and 2011, RMI and Excellence, respectively, became part of FirstService Residential, the largest residential property management organization in North America, overseeing more than 6, 000 properties and over 1.5 million residential units.
