I contacted FPL on or about 2/16 regarding a tree which has grown into the power lines at 2416 NW 23rd Ave., Miami(and may cause the lines to come down in a future storm). I called back on 3/7 (11:00 am) and spoke to Valerie who informed me that FPL said that the problem didn't "qualify" for them to trim it. In that regard please consider this as Notice to FPL that as the Owner of the property at 2420 NW 23rd Ave., whose lines may be broken and power lost to our Tenants due to FPL refusing to correct this issue, that should damage occur we intend to hold FPL liable for all damage which may be caused to the Tenants and property by this problem.
